Section 3 – Product & Service Accuracy

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, due to variations in screens, lighting, and natural materials, actual products may differ slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update details at any time without notice.

Section 4 – Pricing & Billing

All prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your details updated. Moire reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or inaccurate details are detected.

Section 5 – Returns & Exchanges

Custom rugs are handcrafted to your specifications and therefore:

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted for customized products once production begins.
  
  

• Refunds are only applicable in the event of damaged or defective goods upon delivery.
  
  

• Slight variations in color, weave, or size (up to 2–3%) are considered part of the handmade process and not defects.
  
  

Section 6 – Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links, offered “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Moire holds no liability for damages arising from your use of third-party sites linked to our platform.

Section 7 – User Comments & Submissions

By submitting ideas, feedback, or content to Moire, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share this content. We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

Section 8 – Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which ensures data protection and secure handling of your details.

Section 9 – Errors & Omissions

We strive for accuracy but may occasionally make errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

Section 10 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products:

Section 11 – Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

 

• A booking amount must be paid online in advance to confirm production.
  
  

• The remaining balance may be settled upon delivery.
  
  

Full COD (100% at delivery) is not available for custom rugs due to their made-to-order nature.
